Overview: A Webflow-led subscription marketing site hardened by Cloudflare and wired with HubSpot, Zendesk, and LinkedIn tracking for B2B RegTech demand generation.
What stands out
- Webflow Ecommerce reveals a self-serve subscription motion, unusual for compliance software often sold via enterprise contracts.
- HubSpot and Zendesk together separate marketing lead capture from support ticketing, suggesting a growing SaaS with distinct customer operations.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag confirms focused B2B account-based marketing toward legal, compliance, and finance teams.
- Dual public CDNs (Google Hosted Libraries and jsDelivr) introduce third-party script dependencies that may conflict with strict security postures.

How to fix Verified not working
Verified is a Nordic platform for electronic signing and identity checks. It lets businesses send documents to be signed, using national electronic IDs such as BankID, MitID and Finnish bank IDs, as well as simpler signing methods. Find your symptom below. Most problems come from the electronic ID app, a sign-in, a document that cannot be signed, or the platform itself. Never share your electronic ID codes or passwords with anyone, including people who say they work for the company.
Jump to what you are seeing
Website Down
The Verified website does not load for you.
- Open the page in a private window and on another network.
- Check status.verified.eu for an active incident.
- If only your network is affected, ask IT to check the firewall.
Login Failed
Sign-in is refused.
- Use the sign-in route the sender gave you.
- Check your electronic ID app is up to date.
- Try a private window to rule out an old session.
Signing Error
A document will not sign, or the signing step shows an error.
- Check the document is still open for signing, and has not already been signed or changed.
- Check your electronic ID app is open, and approve the request on your own device.
- Check status.verified.eu, then ask the sender for a new signing link if the first one has expired.
Verification Failed
An identity check is refused, or it does not finish.
- Check the details you entered match your official ID exactly.
- Use the electronic ID or document method the sender asked for, and complete it on the official page only.
- Check status.verified.eu, then contact the sender, who can see your file and offer another option.
API Down
Calls to the Verified API fail or time out.
- Check the status code. An access error usually means the key is wrong, too many calls means you should slow down, and a server error means a service-side problem.
- Confirm the key has not been revoked and is for the right account.
- Retry with a growing delay, and check status.verified.eu if several calls fail together.
Email Not Received
A signing or verification email does not arrive.
- Check spam and the promotions folder, and that the email address is correct.
- Ask the sender to resend the link, and use only the newest one.
- Check status.verified.eu. If the email still does not arrive, tell the sender the time.
Still not working?
Contact the business or person who sent the document or verification request first, since they can see the file and offer another route. For a platform-wide problem, contact Verified support through the help option on the Verified website. Have the sender's name, the document reference, the exact error text, the device and browser, and the time with your time zone. Never send electronic ID codes, passwords or identity documents in a support message. Live incident updates are on status.verified.eu.
Most signing problems come from an electronic ID app, an expired link or a document that has changed, and they usually clear once that is checked. The status page shows live incidents, so you can see whether the problem is on Verified's side.
