Yes. The Free plan is free for everyone and includes 3 monitors with 3-minute checks, email alerts and 1 status page you update yourself. The Innovator plan is also free while your verified status page is live on your own domain.

Create a status page for a website you own, verify that you own the domain, and put the status page live on your own domain. Innovator then stays free while that page stays live. It adds 1-minute checks from 19 regions and Slack and Discord alerts.

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the Plus plan, with no payment needed. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you have Innovator.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any moment from your account page. We will prorate the cost, so you always pay exactly what you owe: no double bookings. We will also add a proration line to your invoice.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments. All payments are handled by Stripe.

Yes, an invoice will be automatically generated for you after any payments from your account.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard. There are no long-term commitments or contracts required, so you have the flexibility to cancel whenever you need to. If you cancel your plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and your account will be downgraded to the free plan if applicable. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial billing cycles, so it's best to cancel before your next billing date to avoid any additional charges.

It's not possible to pause your paid subscription, but when you cancel your paid subscription, your account will be transferred to the free plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
