Overview: A polished, lead-hungry B2B SaaS site where WordPress and Elementor craft the storefront, HubSpot runs the lead engine, and AWS ensures reliable delivery.

What stands out

  • HubSpot is woven through the site (CRM, chat, analytics, plugin), signaling a single-platform lead generation strategy.
  • The combination of RankMath and Site Kit shows search-focused inbound marketing measured from Google Search Console.
  • Wistia and video lightboxes point to a demo-led sales cycle rather than self-service SaaS.
  • Cookie Notice plus LinkedIn Ads indicates compliance-conscious B2B advertising, likely serving EU buyers.

Technologies sms-magic.com uses

  • Swiper — Modern touch slider powers feature carousels on mobile and desktop, supporting polished interactive sections.
  • Apache HTTP Server — Web server that executes the PHP and WordPress stack, serving pages with traditional, reliable hosting.
  • WordPress — Content management system from which every page and blog post is managed.
  • Wistia — Hosts product demo videos with detailed engagement analytics, aligning with a lead-focused sales model.
  • Elementor — Drag-and-drop page builder enables custom landing pages and product pages without custom front-end code.
  • Bootstrap — CSS framework providing responsive grid utilities and base UI components in the theme.
  • Smart Slider 3 — Hero banners and campaign slides are built visually, so marketers can update promotions without a developer.
  • imagesLoaded — Detects image load completion, preventing layout shifts and broken slider animations.
  • RankMath SEO — Controls on-page metadata and schema, reflecting an aggressive SEO-driven acquisition strategy.
  • jQuery — Core JavaScript library underpinning many legacy interactive components.
  • Magnific Popup — Lightbox for video walkthroughs and case study galleries, enabling quick previews without page navigation.
  • RSS — Feed feature for blog posts, used by subscribers and content aggregators.
  • Google Analytics — Traffic analytics tracking visitor volume, geography, and engagement.
  • Cookie Notice — Blocks non-essential cookies until EU consent, showing a need for GDPR-compliant lead generation.
  • WOW — Scroll-triggered animations add visual polish to marketing sections, making feature blocks feel dynamic.
  • Google Tag Manager — Central tag management used to trigger analytics and marketing pixels in one place.
  • Slick — Lightweight carousel used for testimonials or partner logos, keeping the design flexible and dependency-light.
  • Linkedin Ads — Tracks LinkedIn ad conversions, proof of B2B paid acquisition targeting professional decision-makers.
  • Sentry — Captures JavaScript and backend errors, showing a commitment to monitoring and fixing site reliability.
  • Hotjar — Heatmaps and session recordings reveal friction in the demo and pricing journey, informing optimization tests.
  • Ubuntu — Server OS choice indicates the site is hosted on a familiar Linux distribution, probably on AWS.

  • Goober — CSS-in-JS library likely embedded in an interactive widget, scoping styles to avoid conflicts with WordPress.
  • HubSpot — Core CRM and marketing platform that manages contacts, forms, email, and customer messaging journeys.

How these technologies work together

  • Google Analytics requires Google Tag Manager — GTM fires the Google Analytics script, removing hardcoded tracking snippets from page templates.
  • jQuery requires Slick — Slick is a jQuery plugin, so the jQuery core must be present for sliders to function at all.
  • Bootstrap requires jQuery — Bootstrap's interactive parts, like dropdowns, rely on the jQuery library bundled with WordPress.
  • Cookie Notice integrates with Google Tag Manager — Cookie Notice blocks GTM scripts until consent, keeping tracking and ad tags legal in the EU.
  • Elementor integrates with Smart Slider 3 — Smart Slider's widget inserts into Elementor pages, letting marketing create visuals without touching code.
  • Hotjar works alongside Sentry — Hotjar shows where users struggle, and Sentry surfaces the code errors that cause those frustrations.
  • Max Mega Menu requires WordPress — Max Mega Menu extends WordPress's native menu system into a rich, tiered navigation component.
  • Magnific Popup works alongside Wistia — Magnific Popup opens Wistia-hosted product demos in a custom modal, keeping prospects on the page.
  • Apache HTTP Server runs on Ubuntu — Apache runs on Ubuntu to create the standard Linux web-serving layer that hosts WordPress.
  • Elementor integrates with HubSpot WordPress plugin — Elementor builds visually while HubSpot forms embedded there funnel new contacts into the CRM.
  • imagesLoaded integrates with Swiper — ImagesLoaded waits for media to finish, helping Swiper correctly calculate slide widths without layout jumps.
  • RankMath SEO works alongside Site Kit — Rank Math adds metadata while Site Kit brings Google Search Console performance into the WordPress dashboard.
  • imagesLoaded integrates with WOW — Wow triggers scroll animations only after images have loaded, avoiding mis-placed reveal offsets.
  • Google Tag Manager integrates with Linkedin Ads — LinkedIn Insight Tag is delivered via GTM, letting the team manage ad conversion events centrally.
  • Open Graph integrates with RankMath SEO — Rank Math outputs Open Graph meta tags, making links to the site render as rich cards on social media.
  • RSS runs on WordPress — WordPress generates RSS feeds for blog content, helping distribute content through feed subscribers.

How to fix SMS Magic not working

SMS-Magic sends and receives text messages inside your CRM, mostly Salesforce. When texts stop, the cause is usually one of four things: the user's permissions in the CRM, a contact's missing number or opt-out, your SMS credit balance, or a problem with the number's registration. Start with the steps for the symptom you see.

Jump to what you are seeing

Website

The SMS-Magic website or its help pages do not load. This is usually a network problem on your side, so check it from another network before assuming the service is down.

  1. Try a private window and another network.
  2. Check status.sms-magic.com for an active incident.
  3. If your CRM still sends and receives texts while the website will not load, check with a test message before you act on the website problem.

Mobile App

The SMS-Magic mobile app does not open, does not sync or shows an error. The app uses the same account and permissions as the CRM, so check those first.

  1. Close the app and open it again, and check the phone has a working connection.
  2. Update the app from your app store, since an old version can fail after a platform change.
  3. Sign out and back in. If it says the account has no license, your CRM administrator must check your SMS-Magic license.
  4. If the same user can send from the CRM but not from the app, the problem is the app only, so report it to support.

Sign-in to SMS-Magic inside your CRM is refused. In Salesforce, a user needs an SMS-Magic license and the right permissions on the SMS-Magic objects.

  1. Ask your CRM administrator to confirm you have an SMS-Magic license assigned.
  2. Check that your user can see the SMS-Magic records and the name, mobile and opt-out fields on the records you message.
  3. If the message says the credentials are wrong, reset your CRM password.
  4. Try a private window to rule out an old session.

Messages Not Sending

A text does not send from the CRM. The usual causes are missing permissions, an empty mobile field, a contact who has opted out, or an empty credit balance.

  1. Check the contact has a complete mobile number in the field SMS-Magic reads.
  2. Check the opt-out value on the contact. A contact who has opted out cannot be sent a text.
  3. Look at the sent status in the SMS history. Messages marked as failed can be selected and sent again with the resend option.
  4. Ask your account administrator to check the SMS credit balance. An empty balance stops sending until the account is topped up.
  5. If you text people in the United States, check that your business number is registered for US texting, since unregistered numbers can face penalties and disruption.

Still not working?

If it still does not work, open a case with SMS-Magic support through your account or on sms-magic.com. Include the Salesforce org or account name, the contact or message reference, the exact error text, and the time it started with your time zone. Ask support to resend any failed messages for you, rather than sending them again by hand. Live incident updates are on status.sms-magic.com.

Most text messaging problems come from a permission, an empty number or a credit balance, and each one is quick to correct. Failed messages show their status in the history, so you can see exactly which ones need to be sent again.
