Its story

  1. 2017

    HubSpot bought the chatbot builder Motion AI in September 2017. The tool, which already worked with HubSpot’s free CRM, became the base for HubSpot’s bots.[6][7]

  2. 2018

    Conversations launched in August 2018 as part of the free CRM. It put a shared inbox, live chat and chatbots in one place for every HubSpot product.[7]

  3. 2025

    In May 2025 HubSpot said Breeze Customer Agent would reach all Pro and Enterprise customers from June 2. The AI agent answers customers by chat, email, WhatsApp and Messenger.[8]
