Read the tech stack as text▾
Overview: A consent-forward, analytics-depth-heavy B2B developer platform that uses account-level data coupled with rich experience insights to drive enterprise voice AI adoption.
What stands out
- Multiple layers of analytics (privacy-first, universal, product, account, experience) show intense effort to capture and interpret every stage of a developer's journey.
- Ketch's consent gate is the legal bridge enabling this stack's many marketing and ad tags to coexist inside GDPR and CCPA.
- Vercel plus Algolia hints that the main marketing site and docs are modern, developer-first frontends with first-class search.
- Piwik PRO's unusual presence signals a deliberate split from total Google dependence for privacy-sensitive enterprise buyers.
Technologies deepgram.com uses
- Amazon S3 — Scalable blob storage for assets, media, or data exports, decoupling heavy objects from web compute.
- Quantcast Measure — Audience measurement adds demographic/interest data, filling insights beyond behavior for ad targeting and media planning.
- FullStory — Session replay and error logging lets product teams watch exactly where developers struggle in the voice AI integration flow.
- Koala — B2B company-level identification reveals which enterprises are evaluating voice AI, supporting deal prioritization without needing personal data.
- Tailwind CSS — Utility CSS framework enabling fast, custom styling for a clean, developer-friendly site without leaving markup.
- Vercel — Edge-hosted frontend platform for the marketing site, enabling fast builds, global CDN, and polished developer experience.
- Contentsquare — Experience analytics with heatmaps and behavioral insights, used to improve conversion paths and understand user blockers.
- Ketch — Central consent management for GDPR/CCPA, allowing Deepgram to run a sprawling MarTech stack with lawful user opt-ins.
- Amazon Web Services — Backend and cloud infrastructure foundation under most services.
- Piwik PRO Core — Privacy-first analytics suite likely chosen over Google Analytics for GDPR-compliant, cookieless visitor tracking on an enterprise-facing site.
- Google Analytics — Universal analytics for high-level traffic and conversion stats.
- Algolia — Instant search index for API documentation, giving developers a fast, typo-tolerant way to find endpoints and references.
- HubSpot Analytics — First-touch and revenue attribution supporting HubSpot CRM by tracking web activity associated with known leads.
- Heap — Auto-captures every front-end event, giving product teams retroactive analysis of API console and developer docs usage.
- HubSpot — CRM and marketing automation platform for nurturing leads, scoring accounts, and aligning sales with marketing.
- Google Tag Manager — Central tag manager injects and coordinates consent-gated martech tags.
- Facebook Pixel — Meta ad conversion tagging and audience building.
- Linkedin Insight Tag — LinkedIn ad tracking and retargeting.
- Microsoft Advertising — Bing keyword acquisition helps capture enterprise search traffic from the business-focused segment.
- Twitter Ads — Promotes voice AI and content to developer-heavy X/Twitter audiences, driving awareness and signups.
- reCAPTCHA — Bot defense on signup and contact forms.
- PHP — Server-side scripting used for certain backend or WordPress-origin page.
- HSTS — Strict HTTPS transport security for protecting API data requests.
- Reddit Ads — Reaches niche technical communities and AI early adopters through discussion-embedded, low-cost ad placements.
How these technologies work together
- Amazon S3 runs on Amazon Web Services — S3 is a service of AWS, dependent on AWS account, IAM, networking, and security stack.
- HubSpot integrates with Koala — Koala flags high-intent accounts; those insights flow into HubSpot to alert sales and score deals.
- HubSpot runs on HubSpot Analytics — The analytics product runs on HubSpot's platform, feeding engagement data directly to contact records.
- Google Analytics integrates with Google Tag Manager — GA tags are deployed in GTM, giving controlled tracking and event dispatch through one container.
- FullStory works alongside Heap — Heap captures quantitative paths; FullStory explains visually why users deviate or drop off.
- Google Tag Manager integrates with Ketch — Ketch's consent state plugs into GTM, blocking or allowing marketing tags after user consent.
- Algolia integrates with Vercel — Vercel-served docs are crawled by Algolia to create a high-performance developer documentation search.
- Amazon S3 works alongside Vercel — Vercel serves the main site from edge; S3 hosts bulk static files and larger assets.
- Ketch works alongside Piwik PRO Core — Piwik PRO gives first-party analytics while Ketch enforces consent, aligning the site to european privacy rules.
- Tailwind CSS works alongside Vercel — Tailwind styles the Vercel-hosted frontend, yielding a fast, iterative marketing site workflow.
- Contentsquare overlaps with FullStory — Both record sessions and generate heatmaps, causing duplicated analytics unless owners split surfaces.
- Heap integrates with Koala — Heap provides event-level data which Koala matches to companies for account-focused product marketing.
- Google Tag Manager integrates with Quantcast Measure — GTM loads Quantcast Measure with consent, coordinating measurement with other tags.

How to fix Deepgram not working
Deepgram provides speech-to-text, text-to-speech and voice agent APIs for developers and contact centres. Developers and product teams use it. Find your symptom below. Only send audio you have the right to process, and do not put audio, transcripts or API keys in a support message.
Jump to what you are seeing
Website
The Deepgram website or console does not load for you.
- Open the page in a private window and on another network.
- Check status.deepgram.com for an active incident.
- If only your network is affected, ask IT to check the firewall.
API Access
Calls to the Deepgram API fail or return an error.
- Check the status code. A 401 means the key is missing or wrong, a 403 means it lacks permission, and a 429 means too many requests, so wait and retry with a growing delay.
- A 5xx means a platform-side problem. Check status.deepgram.com before changing your code.
- Confirm the key has not been revoked, and that it is set in the environment your code reads.
Voice AI
A voice agent does not respond, or it stops in the middle of a conversation.
- Check the voice agent's connection is open, and that audio is reaching the service.
- Check your server's timeout is long enough for the conversation.
- Test the agent with a short test call to find the step where it stops.
Speech-to-Text API
A transcription is empty, incomplete, or has many errors.
- Check the audio format and sample rate match the settings in your request.
- Check the recording quality. Heavy background noise lowers accuracy.
- Check the language setting matches the spoken language.
Text-to-Speech API
Speech does not generate, or it sounds wrong.
- Check the text is not empty and is in a supported language.
- Split a very long text into shorter parts and generate each one.
- Check the voice you selected is available for that language.
Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment results are missing or look wrong for a transcript.
- Check the feature is switched on in the request.
- Check the transcript is complete, since a partial transcript gives a partial result.
- Check a sample by hand before relying on the score for a decision.
Still not working?
If it still does not work, contact your Deepgram administrator first, since they manage keys and projects. For a platform-wide problem, contact Deepgram support through the help option in the console or on the Deepgram website. Have your project name, the request ID shown in the response, the exact error text and status code, and the time it started with your time zone. Never send API keys, audio or transcripts in a support message. Live incident updates are on status.deepgram.com.
Most speech-service problems come from a key, an audio format or a connection timeout, and they usually clear once that is checked. The status page shows live platform incidents, so you can see whether the problem is on Deepgram's side.
