The incident in Logistics shipping service has been resolved. Between 18:33 and 18:46 UTC on August 7, 2025, some shoppers experienced issues placing orders and increased 5xx errors in Checkout simulation flows. This was caused by a bug introduced in a recent deployment to our Master Data service, which impacted the global sales flow for 13 minutes. The faulty deployment was identified and rolled back, fully mitigating the issue.
