The issue impacting the delivery of website assets via our CDN (cdn.prod.website-files.com) for users in Singapore has been fully resolved after collaboration with the third-party provider. Asset requests are now functioning as expected. Users are advised to restart their device or clear browser/DNS caches if issues persist.

The root cause of the CDN asset loading issue for customers in Singapore has been addressed by the third-party provider. New requests to our assets CDN (cdn.prod.website-files.com) are now being served successfully. We are continuing to actively monitor the situation to ensure stability.
