QuickNode down?

QuickNode is a blockchain infrastructure platform that provides fast, reliable access to dozens of blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, Polygon, Base and many others. Developers use QuickNode's RPC endpoints, APIs and add-ons marketplace to build decentralised applications, wallets, exchanges and analytics tools without running their own nodes. QuickNode also offers data streams, functions, NFT and token APIs, and rollup-as-a-service for launching custom chains. Web3 startups and enterprises rely on it for scalable blockchain connectivity.

Overview: A modern headless marketing stack on Next.js and Contentful, wrapped in Cloudflare edge services and HubSpot marketing automation for a global blockchain infrastructure brand.

What stands out

  • Despite being an enterprise blockchain API company, the website relies on a standard SaaS marketing stack rather than custom web3 tooling.
  • Cloudflare edge products (Bot Management, Browser Insights) signal a strong focus on security and performance for global traffic.
  • HubSpot and Weglot indicate investment in global demand generation and localized developer content.

Technologies quicknode.com uses

  • Contentful — Headless CMS manages marketing content and docs separate from Next.js frontend delivery.
  • Tailwind CSS — Utility-first CSS enables rapid, consistent UI development for QuickNode's marketing and dashboard pages.
  • Cloudflare Bot Management — Protects API docs and signup flows from credential stuffing and scraping bots.
  • Cloudflare Browser Insights — Real-user monitoring tracks site performance from Cloudflare edge for global users.
  • Weglot — Provides multi-language localization for global developer audience despite core content in English.
  • React — Powers interactive UI components in Next.js.
  • Cloudflare — Global CDN and proxy in front of web property.
  • Google Analytics — Tracks overall site traffic and user journeys.
  • Next.js — React framework delivers server-rendered, fast pre-rendered pages for SEO and developer experience.
  • Webpack — Bundles JavaScript assets for delivery.
  • HubSpot Analytics — Tracks marketing conversions and visitor behavior from HubSpot to optimize demand generation.
  • HubSpot — Marketing automation and CRM capture developer leads for sales and lifecycle emails.
  • Google Tag Manager — Deploys marketing tags without code deploys.
  • HTTP/3 — Modern transport for faster, secure connections.
  • PHP — Legacy/ancillary server-side component.
  • HSTS — Enforces HTTPS across all requests.

How these technologies work together

  • Next.js requires Webpack — Next.js uses webpack under the hood to bundle JavaScript and assets for production deployment.
  • Next.js requires React — Next.js relies on React as its component layer to render QuickNode's interactive app pages.
  • Cloudflare runs on Cloudflare Bot Management — Cloudflare Bot Management runs on Cloudflare's edge network, filtering bots before they reach QuickNode's origin.
  • Contentful integrates with Next.js — Contentful supplies structured content that Next.js fetches at build or request time for SEO-friendly pages.
  • HubSpot requires HubSpot Analytics — HubSpot analytics tracking code depends on the HubSpot platform to collect and report lead interactions.
  • Cloudflare runs on HTTP/3 — HTTP/3 is negotiated at Cloudflare edge for faster secure connections.
  • Next.js integrates with Tailwind CSS — Tailwind's utility classes are compiled into Next.js pages for fast, maintainable styling of marketing and dashboard UI.
  • Cloudflare runs on Next.js — Cloudflare caches and accelerates Next.js pages and assets globally for low-latency access.
  • Google Analytics integrates with Google Tag Manager — Google Tag Manager deploys the GA tag, centralizing analytics configuration for marketing and product teams.
  • Cloudflare runs on Cloudflare Browser Insights — Browser Insights uses Cloudflare's edge to inject and collect performance data from real user sessions.
  • HubSpot integrates with Next.js — HubSpot embed codes and forms are integrated into Next.js pages to capture enterprise developer leads.
  • Next.js integrates with Weglot — Weglot overlays translation on Next.js-rendered pages, letting global developer content stay localized.

How to fix QuickNode not working

QuickNode provides access to blockchain networks through RPC endpoints, APIs and add-ons, so developers do not have to run their own nodes. It supports many networks. Find your symptom below. This guide covers access and technical problems only, and it gives no advice on tokens or prices. Never share your API keys or wallet recovery phrases in a support message.

Jump to what you are seeing

API Down

Calls to the endpoint fail or time out.

  1. Check the status code. An access error usually means the key is wrong, too many calls means you should slow down, and a server error means a service-side problem.
  2. Check the endpoint address and key are correct for the network you are calling.
  3. Retry with a growing delay, and check status.quicknode.com if several calls fail together.

Website Down

The QuickNode website does not load for you.

  1. Open the page in a private window and on another network.
  2. Check status.quicknode.com for an active incident.
  3. If only your network is affected, ask IT to check the firewall.

Login Failed

Sign-in is refused.

  1. If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam.
  2. Use the sign-in route you chose when you created the account.
  3. Try a private window to rule out an old session.

High Latency

Requests to the endpoint are slow, or they time out.

  1. Test from a second location, and check your own connection.
  2. Retry with a growing delay, since busy periods can slow responses.
  3. Check status.quicknode.com, and report the endpoint name, the network and the time.

Node Syncing

An endpoint returns out-of-date data, because its node is still catching up with the network.

  1. Check the status shown for the endpoint, and whether it says it is syncing.
  2. Do not rely on results from a syncing endpoint for transactions. Wait until it has caught up.
  3. Check status.quicknode.com, and contact support if an endpoint stays behind.

Payment Issues

A plan payment does not complete, or an invoice does not show.

  1. Check the payment method is valid, and that the billing details match your account.
  2. Check the payment status before you try again, so you are not charged twice.
  3. Contact billing support with the invoice reference and the time. Never send card details.

Still not working?

Contact your QuickNode administrator or account contact first. For a platform-wide problem, contact QuickNode support through the help option on the QuickNode website or in the dashboard. Have your organisation name, the endpoint name, the network, the request ID if you have one, the exact error text, and the time with your time zone. Never send API keys, wallet recovery phrases or private keys in a support message. Live incident updates are on status.quicknode.com.

Most endpoint problems come from a key, a node that is still catching up or a plan setting, and they usually clear once that is checked. The status page shows live incidents, so you can see whether the problem is on QuickNode's side.
