Atlassian’s engineering team has implemented a temporary fix that has successfully addressed the API rate limiting behavior impacting Airtable–Jira syncs. Sync operations are now functioning as expected, and our teams will continue collaborating with Atlassian to monitor performance and support a long-term solution.
