The errors affecting the Users & Teams section when selecting a team, and the Smartflow 'Ring-To' component, have been resolved. Both features are now operating normally. If you continue to experience any further issues, please reach out to our Support team.

A fix has been implemented for the errors when selecting a team in Users & Teams and when editing a Smartflow 'Ring-To' component. We are monitoring the Dashboard to ensure these features continue to perform as expected.

We are currently investigating an issue where some users are experiencing a 'Something Went Wrong' error when navigating to the Users & Teams section in the Aircall Dashboard and selecting a specific team, which may prevent affected users from viewing or managing team details. Our Engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and working to restore normal functionality as soon as possible.
