GPU Node Provisioning Failure

A new incident has been identified where WellSaid Labs is experiencing issues with provisioning new GPU nodes in their GKE environments. This has resulted in reduced capacity for handling simultaneous requests, leading to longer response times and failures in clip generation. The affected component is the Text to Speech - Developer API.
