Incident History for 1Password

An incident occurred on July 14, 2025, causing intermittent Single Sign-On (SSO) unavailability. A postmortem has been published detailing the incident and its resolution. Users can now sign in successfully after the incident was resolved.

We've rolled out changes to mitigate the sign-in issue, but we're still monitoring for full recovery.

Users cannot sign into their 1Password accounts. The issue is identified and being resolved.
