Zeiterfassungsterminal means the time-recording terminal. The terminal does not read your card or badge, or it shows an error.
- Check the terminal has power and a network connection, and that its screen shows it is ready.
- Hold your card or badge steady on the reader, and try again.
- If it still fails, record your time through the app or the web page, and tell your administrator the terminal and the time.

Sign-in is refused.
- If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam.

- Try a private window to rule out an old session.
