Login Failed
Sign-in to the Rubrik console is refused. Check you are using the account your organisation set up, such as single sign-on.
- Use the sign-in route your organisation set up.
- If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam.
- Ask your administrator to confirm your role allows access to the cluster or account you need.
Dashboard Down
The console does not load, or its dashboard shows an error.
- Reload in a private window with extensions turned off.
- Check the cluster is reachable from your network.

Backup Failed
