Most problems come from an SDK setting, a store connection, a product or entitlement setup, or the platform itself.

Website
The RevenueCat website or dashboard does not load for you.
- Open the page in a private window and on another network.

- If only your network is affected, ask IT to check the firewall.
Login
Sign-in to the dashboard is refused.
- If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam.
- Check you are signing in to the project your team uses.
- Try a private window to rule out an old session.
API
Calls to the RevenueCat API fail or return an error.
