Authentication failed messages upon login attempts

The incident causing authentication failures has been resolved. The root cause was an out of memory event during a Permission Service deployment.

The Permission service deployment errored in Production, causing authentication failures and impacting the merchant support portal.

We are investigating an issue causing authentication failed messages for customers during login attempts.
