Make down?

Make, formerly Integromat, is a visual automation platform that lets users connect apps and design workflows without coding. Using a drag-and-drop canvas, people build scenarios that move data between thousands of apps such as Google Sheets, Slack, Salesforce, Shopify and OpenAI, with filters, routers, iterators and error handling. Make also supports AI agents, webhooks, HTTP requests and custom apps. Businesses, agencies and individuals use Make to automate marketing, sales, operations, IT and AI workflows, saving time and reducing manual work.

How to fix Make not working

Make is a visual automation platform. Users connect apps and build scenarios that move data between them, with filters, routers and error handling. Makers, operations teams and developers use it. Find your symptom below. Check a scenario's history before you rerun it, since a rerun can repeat actions that already happened.

Jump to what you are seeing

Scenarios Not Running

A scenario does not start on its schedule, or it stays queued.

  1. Check the scenario is switched on, and that its schedule or trigger is set correctly.
  2. Check the scenario's history for the last run and its error.
  3. Check status.make.com for an incident before you rerun.
  4. If the scenario is stuck for everyone, send the scenario ID and the time to support.

Website Down

The Make website or editor does not load for you.

  1. Open the page in a private window and on another network.
  2. Check status.make.com for an active incident.
  3. If only your network is affected, ask IT to check the firewall.

Login Failed

Sign-in is refused. Check you are using the account your team uses, such as single sign-on.

  1. Use the sign-in route your team set up.
  2. If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam.
  3. Ask your administrator to confirm your user is in the right team or organisation.

API Connection Error

A connection to an app, or to an API that a scenario calls, fails.

  1. Check the connection in Make is still active, and that its login has not expired.
  2. Check the connected app's own status or permission settings.
  3. Check the status code in the scenario's error handler.
  4. Retry with a growing delay, and do not repeat actions that have already completed.

Webhook Issues

A webhook that starts a scenario does not receive data, or it receives the same data twice.

  1. Check the webhook address in the sending app is the current one from Make.
  2. Check the webhook is switched on, and that the scenario is active.
  3. Send a test request to the webhook and check it appears in the history.
  4. If requests arrive twice, check the sending app for retries, and check the scenario handles duplicates.

Slow Performance

The editor is slow, or scenarios take a long time to finish.

  1. Reduce the number of modules in one scenario, or split it into two.
  2. Check whether a module is waiting on a slow external service.
  3. Try again at a quieter time of day, or check the status page if it is slow for everyone.

Still not working?

If it still does not work, contact your Make administrator first, since they manage teams and connections. For a platform-wide problem, contact Make support through the help option in the platform or on make.com. Have your team name, the scenario name and ID, the execution ID shown in the history, the exact error text, and the time it started with your time zone. Never send connection passwords or API keys in a support message. Live incident updates are on status.make.com.

Most automation problems come from a trigger, a connection or a permission, and they usually clear once that one item is corrected. The status page shows live platform incidents, so you can see whether the problem is on Make's side.
