A postmortem has been published for the incident affecting customer report downloads on Paydirect.io / Direct.

The issue affecting customer report downloads has been resolved, with downloads returning data as expected after mitigation and a historical data resync.

We are investigating an issue where downloaded customer reports appear empty despite data being visible in the platform.
