A worker cannot finish onboarding, or a credential or insurance check does not complete.

- Check the details match the documents exactly, such as names and dates.
- If the upload stops, ask the worker to retry from a private window.
- If the check stays pending, contact support with the worker's reference, not their personal details.
Organize Talent
Talent pools or groups cannot be created, or workers do not join them.
- Check your user role allows managing talent pools.
- Check the pool name is not already in use.
- Try again in a private window, then check the workers you added are active.
Manage Work
Work orders cannot be assigned, tracked or completed.
- Check the work order's status and the worker it is assigned to.
- Check the dates and required fields on the order are complete.
- Reload the page, then try the action on one order at a time.
Compliance Support
A compliance check, such as worker classification or document rules, is flagging a worker or blocking an action.
- Read the message to see which rule is involved and which record it refers to.
- Check the worker's documents and classification details are current.
- Do not override a compliance flag yourself. Ask your compliance or legal contact to review it.
Integration
The link between WorkMarket and your HR, finance or other system stops syncing.
