The AI discovery feature does not suggest products, or its results do not match the shopper's choices.
- Check the feature is switched on for that store.
- Check the products it can suggest are published and in stock.
- Try a simpler search with fewer filters to see whether they are limiting the results.
Product Images Not Loading
Generated product images or 3D views do not show on the store.
- Check the image or model has finished generating in Threekit.
- Check the image address on the store is the current one, not an old copy.
- Clear the cache for the page, then check the image again.
