API Error

Calls to the Qonversion API fail or return an error.

Purchase Processing Error

A purchase is made in the store, but the app does not unlock it.

  1. Check the purchase appears in the store account and is not refunded.
  2. Restore purchases in the app, so the entitlement is checked again.
  3. Check status.qonversion.io, then send the transaction reference and the time to support. Do not ask the user to buy the item again.
