Sign-in is refused.

Mobile app

The employee self-service app will not open or sign in, or it does not show payslips.

  1. Update the app, then restart your phone.
  2. Check your connection, and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  3. Ask payroll to confirm the payslip has been published.

Payroll Processing

A payroll run stops, shows an error, or its results look wrong.

  1. Read the first error in the run's messages.
  2. Check the employee data, pay periods and tax details for the people affected, before you run again.
  3. Do not run payroll twice. Contact your payroll administrator or Nmbrs support with the run reference and the time.

Expense declarations

An expense declaration does not submit, or it is not paid out.

  1. Check each receipt is attached, and each amount and category is complete.
  2. Check the period is open for declarations.
  3. Check the status of the declaration before you resubmit it, so you do not claim twice.

Leave registration

A leave request does not save, or the leave balance looks wrong.

  1. Check the leave type and dates, and that the balance includes the latest changes.
  2. Reload the page, and check the request was saved before you submit it again.
  3. Ask your HR administrator to check the balance if it is still wrong.

Digital signing

A document does not sign, or the signing link does not work.

  1. Open the signing link from the email you received, in a private window, and not an old copy.
  2. Check the document is still open for signing, and that it has not been changed.
  3. Ask the sender for a new signing link if the first one has expired.

Integrations

A connected accounting or HR tool stops receiving data.

  1. Check the connection is still active, and that its login has not expired.
  2. Check the data mapping has not changed recently.
  3. Check status.nmbrs.com, then run one small sync to test before a full one.
