- If one account stays out of date, send the account name and the time to support.
Login Failed
Sign-in to the dashboard is refused. Check you are using the account your company set up, such as single sign-on.
- Use the sign-in route your company set up.
- If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam for the email.
- Ask your administrator to confirm your user has the right approval role.
Webhook Delays
Updates about payments reach your system late, or not at all.
- Check your endpoint address is still correct and reachable from the internet.
- Check your endpoint answers quickly with a success response. A slow endpoint causes retries.
- Check the status page for a webhook delay.
- Make sure your system handles an event that arrives twice, since retries can send the same event more than once.
