Website Down
The Lightning AI website does not load for you.
- Open the page in a private window and on another network.

Studio Loading Failed
A Studio does not start, or it stays on a loading screen.
- Reload the page, then stop and start the Studio once.
- Check the Studio's storage is not full, since a full disk can stop it starting.

Login Failed
Sign-in is refused.
- If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam.
- Use the sign-in route your team set up, such as Google or single sign-on.
- Try a private window to rule out an old session.
API Down
Calls to the Lightning AI API fail or time out.
- Check the status code. An access error usually means the key is wrong, too many calls means you should slow down, and a server error means a service-side problem.

Model Deployment Failed
A model does not deploy, or its endpoint fails after deployment.
- Read the first error in the deployment log.
- Check the model files and package versions match what the code expects.
- Test the endpoint with one request before you send it real traffic.
CLI Connection Error
The command-line tool cannot connect to the Lightning AI service.
- Update the command-line tool to the latest version.
- Check you are logged in to the right workspace, and that your proxy settings are correct.
- Run the command again and copy the full error text, not only the last line.
