The app built with Knack does not load, or it shows an error.
- Reload in a private window, and check you have access to that app.
- Check the app's most recent change, and whether a field or view was removed.
- Check status.knack.com, and report the app name and the time to the app owner.
Login
Sign-in is refused.
- If the message says the password is wrong, reset it and check spam.
- Check you are using the account the app owner invited.
- Try a private window to rule out an old session.
