Website Down
The Kami website does not load for you.
- Open the page in a private window and on another network.

Login Failed
Sign-in is refused.

Canvas Integration
Assignments or grades do not sync with Canvas.

Annotation Issues
Annotations do not save, or they disappear.
- Check you have edit permission for the document, and that the assignment is open.
- Save the document, and check the annotations have saved before you close it.
- Check status.kamihq.com, and report the document name and the time if they keep disappearing.
Extension Not Working
The browser extension does not show, or it does not work.
- Check the extension is turned on and up to date in your browser.
- Reload the page, and turn off other extensions that may conflict.
- Check status.kamihq.com, then remove and add the extension again if it still fails.
