  3. Try again once, then send the request reference and the time to support.

Reparaturkosten

'Reparaturkosten' means repair costs. A repair cost estimate does not load, or its figures do not match the job.

  1. Check the vehicle and the damage or repair items are selected correctly.
  2. Check the date and the price basis you selected.
  3. Reload the page in a private window, then compare one item at a time.

KI Schaden

'KI Schaden' means AI damage assessment. An automated assessment does not start, or it returns no result.

  1. Check the photos are clear, complete, and in a supported format.
  2. Retry with fewer or smaller photos to find the one that fails.
  3. If the result stays empty, send the assessment reference and the time to support.

Telematikdaten

'Telematikdaten' means telematics data. Vehicle data from a connected device does not show, or it is out of date.

  1. Check the device is connected and has sent data recently.
  2. Check the vehicle is linked to the right account.
  3. Wait for the next data update before deciding the data is missing.

Schnittstellen

'Schnittstellen' means interfaces. A connection between DAT and your system stops sending or receiving data.

  1. Check the interface is still connected and its login has not expired.
  2. Open the interface log and read the first error.
  3. Test with one record before running a full sync.

Have your company name, the product or report name, the reference shown, the exact error text, and the time it started with your time zone.
